- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★****AVOID AVOID AVOID****I recently had my Mercedes cleaning and details at this place, when i went to collect A. was a pathetic job the inside had not been cleaned but they have damaged my car. B.They somehow ( i suspect with a sponge or rag ) ripped the side metel strip from the side of the door and scratched above the door handle . I took the car back as i only noticed it when i got home and they denied it all .. saying i did it and i took it to them like that! I was appalled at their behaviour and lack of responsibility they made me feel like i was in the wrong . After 10 minutes of arguing with them i left it utter disgust.
I got a quote to have it repaired and it came in at $900 out of my pocket for someone else stupid mistake. I was told by the manager that 4 of the staff who work there would back him up and say it was damaged when my car was dropped off .. basically admitting guilt but without any proof i am up for the $900 as it is my work against theirs. Great job .. that’s so very much for making me $900 poorer for the damaged you cause RICHMOND HAND CAR WASH!By AVOID, September 03, 2019
