Sessions are designed to challenge everyone regardless of individual fitness levels & age. Fitstyler trainers make the sessions fun with great variation of excercises and no 2 sessions are the same which keeps the sessions interesting so you never get bored!
Whether it be increasing your cardio fitness, weight loss, toning up, strengthening your core or general fitness Fitstyler will work with you within a group environment to help you achieve your fitness goals.
We also cater for all kinds of injuries, so if you can’t do an exercise we just give you something else to do.
Fitstyler bootcamp and outdoor group fitness sessions don’t use any yelling or army inspired training, no punishment for turning up a few minutes late, we use positive encouragement, which makes it easier to keep your motivation up!
Fitstyler mums and bubs sessions allows post natal women the chance to exercise with their bub. This is great for getting back into exercise after birth and meeting new local mums all while not needing to find a babysitter.
Our corporate and personal training sessions allow you to train at a place and time that suits you, with more tailored sessions for your needs.
Fitstyler’s 12 week programs allow you the chance to get into a great exercise habit, and see results without having to sign up for a long period of time, like a 12 month gym membership.
Another benefit of training with Fitstyler is that you don’t need to wait to start. We operate 50 weeks of the year so whenever you’re ready to jump in and get started we’ll be there!
All of Fitstyler trainers are experienced, registered and insured to industry standards so you know you are in great hands!
Outside training we also run social events, a monthly newsletter with exercise tips and wellbeing tips which are FREE!
