- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I DO NOT ADVISE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!. My partner hired a small ute, which we upgraded the insurance on, under there recomendations, he also downsized us the vehicle we requested, his recomendation again.
A piece of skirting fell off while we were using the truck, which had obviously been broken and repaired using glue (this repair would take 5 minutes, working in the trade industry i am well aware of how long it would take). We were charged $100 firstly told it had to be sent to be repaired which was a lie, we found this to be a lie after asking for copy of the receipt, he then became verbaly aggresive after he was caught out, he then admitted to doing the repair himself claiming the labour was worth $100.
I would have been more than happy to pay an appropriate repair cost, however $100 is far from appropriate.
I believe the owner to be a SCAMMER who tries to rip of people regularly for minor repairs which he does himself and then charges highly inflated rates to your credit card before informing you. He is cheap but he will SCAM you in some way, dont get SCAMMED..
